1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding Australian public holidays).

Once your order is placed, we’ll verify details and prepare dispatch with our production partners.

If you need to change your shipping address, please email us within 12 hours of ordering at support@maredoroau.com (include your order number).
2. Where We Ship From
We partner with trusted global production and logistics teams to ship orders directly from the nearest warehouse (most commonly Hong Kong / China / Australia for jewellery).
This helps reduce cost, waste, and transit time while maintaining product quality.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
All services include tracking. Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after dispatch.
Estimated delivery times:

Australia: 7–15 business days

New Zealand: 8–16 business days

USA & Canada: 8–18 business days

UK & EU: 8–18 business days

Asia (selected regions): 7–15 business days

Rest of World: 10–25 business days
Delivery estimates exclude customs delays, security checks, or peak periods (Nov–Jan).
Rural or remote areas may take longer.
4. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping
We offer worldwide tracked shipping at a flat rate of A$12.00 AUD.
Orders over A$150 AUD ship free of charge.
Shipping fees are displayed and calculated at checkout.
5. Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking link once your parcel leaves the warehouse.

Tracking activity may appear within 2–5 business days after you receive your tracking number.

If your tracking hasn’t updated after 7 business days, contact us and we’ll follow up with the carrier.
6. Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate parcels, each with its own tracking number.
This ensures faster delivery without additional cost.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes upon arrival in your country.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
We cannot mark parcels as “gift” or understate values for customs purposes.
8. Delivery Issues (Late, Lost, or Marked Delivered)

Late Delivery: If your order exceeds the maximum estimated timeframe by 7+ business days, please contact us to open a carrier investigation.

Lost Parcels: Once a carrier confirms a parcel is lost, we’ll reship or refund according to our policy.

Marked Delivered but Not Received:

Check with neighbours, household members, or building management.

Verify at your local post office or collection point.

Contact your local carrier.
If still unresolved within 5 business days, email us immediately—delivery claims must be filed promptly.

9. Incorrect or Insufficient Address
If an address is entered incorrectly and a parcel is returned or disposed of by the carrier,
reshipping fees may apply. Please double-check your details at checkout.
10. Pre-Order / Made-to-Order Items (if applicable)
Products marked as pre-order or made-to-order have additional lead times listed on each product page.
Your entire order will ship once production is complete.
11. Public Holidays & Peak Seasons
Processing and delivery may take longer during public holidays or sale periods.
We appreciate your patience—our team will keep you updated if delays occur.
